Breathe easy, breathe deep,

My dear friend

Sure bad things happen

Sure the world is bad

But those shoulders should 

bear only so much

So I say block those thoughts

so negative

That turn your blood to ice

Let the warm energy of 

hope and faith flood your

entire being and
